The river Benue overflows its Banks, Boldly overstepping its boundaries, Bodies strewn all over the place, Draining the river of it purities, The living waters tainted by dead dreams, The Crystal River stained with red wine,rr4 The future unacheived flows away with the rushing waters; These fateful days begin the same. Old men bending back, children running round. The heaven cloudy and barren. Suddenly It rains, bullet rain, Peace and quiet departing, Chaos replacing and reigning.
